We consider ourselves very fortunate and blessed to have found a great space for the school so quickly.  Until further notice, Barker Creek Montessori will be housed at Family of God Lutheran Church on the corner of Fairgrounds and Central Valley Road.  This church is roughly only a mile away from the school's normal campus.  They have been very gracious in offering to provide us this space.  They have Sunday School rooms that are not used during the week where we can set up.  Drop off and pick up will also work well because they have a large parking lot and a separate door by the classroom.  Your child's class will have the same teachers, the same materials and the same hours.  If you have any questions please feel free to call me on the school phone: 698-0706 or my home phone: 692-3755.  Once school starts up we will be using a cell phone that will be kept at the location.  The number is (360) 509-9126.  Thank you for your flexibility!

We always keep track of the school days missed because of snow or other circumstances.  Whenever there are more than 4 days missed during the year, those days are made up at the end of the school year (at no additional cost to you.)  Due to this situation we have missed 5 days so far this year.  This means that we will have at least one make up day at the end of the year and any additional snow days we have this year will also be made up then.
